Express delivery is the fastest form of eCommerce order delivery. The customers will pay extra for this type of service, as we will deliver the order within 24 hours. Our express delivery network services over 40 pin codes in Kenya. We can handle loads of up to 10 kilograms with same-day and next-day capabilities and 24-76 hour deliveries for long-distance orders. We also offer heavy goods service constituting the warehousing and delivery of heavy goods.

LAST MILE DELIVERY
Door-step delivery
Last mile delivery refers to the last leg of supply chain operations. An order’s journey from a warehouse to the doorstep of the end customer. Increasing consumer demand has led us to take last-mile delivery as the most critical fulfillment stage and we managed it well for quick and efficient delivery.
Once a customer places an order on your eCommerce website, the order is sent to our order management system. We then call the customer for delivery confirmation. A request is sent to the warehouse to dispatch the products to the end customer. It is here when the last mile delivery commences. Our shipper sends an agent to pick up the customer’s item from the warehouse.
The agent then loads the parcel in his vehicle and delivers it to an end customer’s doorstep.

As a medical courier, we will be responsible for the pick-up and delivery of your medical documents, lab specimens, medications, test results, medical supplies, and other records.
